Tax Revenues

• Property Tax
• Sewerage Tax
• Conservancy Tax
• Water Tax and water charges

Non-Tax Revenues

• Trade Licenses (including entertainment and vehicles)
• Birth-death registration and Certificates issue
• Community bookings of the ULB properties
• Lease and rent of ULB Properties
• Tehbazari, parking charges, license of pets (dogs etc)
• License fee on advertising/publicity services in public places (kiosks, hoardings, advertising screens, glow signs, posters and banners)

Grants and Assigned Revenues

• State Finance Commission Grants
• Central Finance Commission Grants
• Grants under various government schemes (Swachh Bharat Mission, AMRUT, PM Awas Yojana etc.)
• Stamp Duty surcharge share from State Government
